Live graphic recording

The full experience: your audience watches the visual take shape in real time, projected on screens of any size — from a conference room monitor to a plenary-hall LED wall. In person or fully virtual.

In person at your venue

I set up quietly with a tablet — no wall space, no easels, no paper logistics — and connect to your projection system. As speakers present and discussions unfold, the audience sees every detail of the illustration live. All I need is a table, a chair, and a video connection.

Virtual, anywhere in the world

For webinars and remote summits, I join your Zoom, Teams, or streaming platform and share the canvas live. Remote participants get the same watch-it-happen experience, and hybrid events can mirror the feed to every room and screen simultaneously.

Where it shines

  • Conferences and summits — plenaries, keynotes, panels, Q&As
  • Strategy sessions and leadership retreats
  • Workshops and training programs
  • Community engagement and public forums

How it works

before…

We plan together

We walk through your agenda, goals, audience, and branding. I can build your colors, logo, and visual identity directly into the canvas so the graphics feel like yours.

during…

I listen and draw

The live feed is projected for the room or streamed for remote viewers. During breakouts, completed graphics can be shared to participants' devices. Many facilitators close with a walkthrough of the finished graphic — a powerful way to reflect, confirm, and correct.

after…

You get the assets

Polished, high-resolution files delivered promptly after the event, with a round of edits included so every name and detail is right.

What you'll walk away with

  • High-resolution graphics ready for reports, slides, and printing
  • Social-media-ready versions your comms team can post immediately
  • A round of edits included
  • Optional time-lapse ("whiteboard-style") video of the graphic being drawn
